I was able to receive messages just fine but not send them.įirst I tried using the desktop settings and completely lost the ability to even receive messages so I called their support and they put me back on the settings, I had to change my password, and was then able to receive again but still not send. Charter's website had different settings for desktops than for mobile devices, however, when I did the auto set up thru Thunderbird it went with the settings.
